Contracts Administrator | Commercial Fit-Out and Build
n
An exciting commercial fit-out and build contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their Brisbane/Gold Coast team.
n
The business delivers a strong pipeline of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors, typically up to $25M in value across Brisbane/Gold Coast.
n
This is a hands-on CA role working closely with Senior Project Managers across multiple projects in quick-paced live environments.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage subcontractor packages including RFQ's, Lettings, award and final accounts
n
Prepare and manage variations and EOT claims
n
Review and respond to RFI'sand maintain registers
n




Administer head contract obligations and EOT processes
n
Review subcontractor and supplier invoices
n
Maintain cost reports and support commercial management of projects
n
n
About You
n
n
Strong background in fit-out or refurbishment projects
n
Proven ability
managingsubcontractor
packages end-to-end
n
Strong understanding ofvariations, EOTs and contract administration
n
Able to managemultiple projects simultaneously
n
Experience withProcore, Build Logic, Cheops, Jobpac or Jonas
n
Experience deliveringlive environment projects
n
