This is a frontline role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare workplace and contributing to a supportive team. About the Role

Manage patient appointments and enquiries in a professional manner
n
Coordinate schedules for Consultant Physicians and medical technicians
n
Perform billing, file management, and general administrative duties
n
Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records
n
Retrieve patient medical records in a timely manner
n




Priorities and follow health professional instructions
n
Demonstrate initiative and effective problem-solving
n
Weekend and afternoon closing shifts required
n

Skills and Experience (Essential)
n

Previous experience in a medical practice or specialist clinic
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to prioritise workload and multitask effectively
n
Proven ability to work efficiently in a busy clinical environment
n
High level of professionalism and attention to confidentiality
n
Reliable, organised, and team-focused
n
Nursing experience or previous clinical healthcare background
n
Experience working in a specialist medical setting
