About the Role:
n
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the Accounts Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's financial transactions. The role will include but not be limited to:
n
n
Accurately match invoices to purchase orders and process a high volume of supplier invoices
n
Perform regular supplier statement reconciliations to ensure account accuracy
n
Process supplier payments in accordance with agreed trading terms
n
Assist with end-of-month reporting requirements
n
Support other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Manager
n
n

A keen willingness to learn, develop and grow their career

Prior experience in a similar Accounts or Administration position (1-2 years ideally)
n
Excellent communication and phone manner
n
High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
n
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
