THE OPPORTUNITY
n
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Workforce Planning team in a newly created role. As the Workforce Planning Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient and effective management of our workforce across the Australian Turf Club's four primary venues.
n
DAY TO DAY, THE ROLE WILL:
n
n
Support the development of rosters
n
Ensure rosters are accurate, complete, and aligned to workforce availability and skills
n
Work closely with Operations teams to understand workforce requirements
n
Maintain workforce data within the system to ensure correct roster allocation
n
Assist in identifying potential gaps, overlaps, or risks within rosters
n
Respond to general workforce enquiries in a timely and professional manner
n
Maintain accurate workforce records within the Time & Attendance system
n
Support team member and manager use of the Time & Attendance system
n
Support the preparation and validation of time and attendance records for payroll
n
n
THE RIGHT FIT
n
To be successful in the role, the right fit will possess:
n
n
Experience in workforce planning, rostering, or time and attendance administration
n
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
n
Positive attention to detail, particularly in data entry and roster accuracy
n
Effective communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders and workforce teams
n
Ability to follow processes and work within defined guidelines
n
Basic analytical capability to support roster allocation and workforce coordination
n
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
Experience with Humanforce or similar Time & Attendance systems is preferred but not essential.
n
Flexibility to work on Saturdays where required
n
n
