Position Description:

The position offered is for an Senior Manager for our Richmond Office.

Job Profile:
n
Manage a broad range of taxation, accounting and financial reporting duties
n
Deliver high-level compliance, tax structuring and advisory services to a portfolio of diverse clients
n
Review complex Financial Statements, Tax Returns and BAS lodgements
n
Lead, mentor and develop junior accounting staff
n
Assist clients with ATO compliance
n
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
n

The Successful candidate will be an accountant looking to assist and help business owners achieve their desired goals, whilst working in an established and expanding accounting firm with a great culture. We are searching for an ambitious accountant with a long term view to help grow join a modern and successful firm which embraces its team and clients alike.

Skills and experience
n
CA or CPA qualification is required
n
Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in a Australia public practice firm
n
Advance knowledge of Australia tax legislation and compliance frameworks
n
Proven ability to manage client relationships and provide strategic commercial advice
n
Strong leadership and communication skills
n
Experience using Xero
n
Ability to work independently and as part of Team
n
