We are looking for a reliable Machine Operator to join our hard-working team located in Derrimut in Steel Reinforcement working on an afternoon shift 1pm-9pm.

About The Role
n
We have long term positions available at a Derrimut location. For this particular role you will be responsible for the operation of machinery dedicated to the rebar steel. Shifts available are afternoon shifts starting at 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday with potential to earn extra $$$ with OT during the week and weekends.
n
Training for this role is provided so experience is not necessary! Reliability is absolutely essential for this role.

Tasks within this role include

Steel machine operating
n
Maintenance of Machinery
n
Maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
n
Loading and unloading machinery
n
Directly answering to your supervisor / team leader
n
Working autonomously & in a team environment
n
Working in a fast-paced environment
n
n
About you

To be suitable for this role we require the following:

Punctual & Reliable
n
Good communication skills and the ability to interpret and follow instructions of the supervisor or team leader
n
A willingness to learn on the job
n
Able to start immediately
n
Ability to pass a medical examination and drug & alcohol test when you go permanent
