The Role:
n
Monday - Friday,



we are seeking an up and coming Property Manager to assist in service a clean and tidy local portfolio all based in close proximity to the Macarthur Area. With training and support from the Senior Property Manager and a hands-on Director, this is your opportunity to learn from the best in the business. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
n
Maintaining relationships with tenants and landlords
n
Ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
n
Conducting repairs and maintenance
n
Rental arrears management
n
The Candidate:
n
A current Certificate of Registration & driver's license
n
Previous experience in Real Estate is highly regarded
n
High level of professionalism
n
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
n
High level of customer service and excellent rapport-building skills
n
Strong knowledge of the local area
n
A positive, can-do attitude!
n
