As the first point of contact for patients, you'll play an important role in ensuring the practice runs smoothly while developing valuable business administration and customer service skills through a nationally recognised traineeship.

Welcoming and assisting patients

Managing appointments and patient enquiries
n
Coordinating schedules and maintaining accurate records
n
Processing payments and handling administrative tasks
n
Delivering exceptional customer service in a professional healthcare setting
n

About You

Has previous customer service experience, work experience, or demonstrated life skills
n
Communicates professionally and confidently with a wide range of people
n
Is organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
n
Takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail
n
Can handle responsibilities with professionalism and discretion

Is committed to learning and developing a long-term career
n

Preferred Requirements

Driver's licence preferred
n
Ideally living locally in or around Cooroy
n
Strong computer and communication skills
n
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
