This is a broad, commercially focused role sitting within a specialist Corporate Finance team and supporting senior stakeholders on key strategic and investment decisions.

Key Duties will include:

Commercial & Strategic Analysis – Support key business decisions through financial analysis, market research, commercial insights and scenario modelling.
n
Mergers & Acquisitions – Lead global acquisition activity, including financial due diligence, valuation analysis and assessment of potential investment opportunities.
n
Financial Modelling & Forecasting – Develop and review financial models, forecasts, business cases and capital funding requests.
n
Transformation Projects – Play a key role in major group-wide transformation and strategic initiatives.
n
Stakeholders– Partner with senior stakeholders across the business, providing clear financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

About you:
n
The ideal person for the role will be a corporate finance professional from Big 4 Transactional Services or who is commercially astute and able to influence stakeholders - providing financial insight and analysis and lead M&A; activity.
n
Key requirements:
n
n
CA, CPA or CFA qualified.
n
Demonstrated financial analysis and financial modelling capability.
n
Robust technical accounting and commercial finance knowledge.
n
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Ability to translate financial information into clear commercial insights.
n
Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working across multiple priorities and deadlines.
n
