As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated Assistant Site Manager who wants more than just another construction job. This is an opportunity to develop into a future Site Manager or Project Manager while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

About the Role
n
This is a hands‐on role that provides exposure to every stage of the construction process—from factory production and logistics through to onsite installation, practical completion and client handover.
n
Every project is different, giving you the opportunity to build valuable experience across modular construction while developing your technical, organisational and leadership skills.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Assist with daily site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule.
n
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries.




n
Conduct site inspections and monitor construction quality.
n
Maintain site documentation, daily reports and progress records.
n
Assist with defect management, Practical Completion (PC) and Occupancy Permit (OP) preparation.
n
Coordinate materials, warehouse logistics and site equipment.
n
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS requirements.
n
Build positive relationships with clients, consultants and project teams.

Essential

White Card
n
Current Australian Driver Licence
n
Full Australian Working Rights
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
Positive attitude, reliable and willing to learn
n

Preferred
n
n
Residential construction or site experience
n
Ability to read construction drawings
n
Knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards
n
Experience with Microsoft Office (Buildertrend or Procore is a bonus)
n
n
