The Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) is seeking an experienced complaints officer for our Melbourne office. This hybrid, full time role focuses on delivering timely, respectful responses to inquiries, assessing eligibility, and supporting the ECMP processes from initial contact through to potential mediation or appeal.
