Provide leadership, coaching and line management support to Principals across the Southern region
n
Drive school improvement, innovation and strategic initiatives aligned with Catholic Education Tasmania's vision.
n
Build leadership capability through mentoring, professional development and succession planning.
n
Lead regional collaboration, supporting schools with governance, compliance, employee relations and complex matters
n
Champion Catholic identity,



learning excellence and student success across a network of diverse school communities

About You
n
n
Proven experience in educational leadership, ideally as a Principal or senior education leader.
n
A robust commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
n
Exceptional coaching, mentoring and leadership development skills.
n
The ability to build trusting relationships and influence positive change.
n
Strategic thinking and the capacity to lead system-wide initiatives.
n
Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
n
