An prospect to join a well-established global industrial manufacturing organisation on an initial 6-month contract. The business is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support process optimisation and continuous improvement across its manufacturing operations.

The Role
n
Working closely with Engineering, Production and Operations, you will identify and deliver practical improvements across site processes.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Drive process and continuous improvement initiatives
n
Identify bottlenecks and improve production efficiency
n
Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities
n
Analyse production data to identify improvement opportunities
n
Develop and improve SOPs and standardised processes
n
Support process trials and CAPEX initiatives
n
Partner with Production,



Engineering, Maintenance and Quality teams
n
n
Your background
n
n
Engineering degree or relevant technical qualification
n
Experience in Process, Manufacturing or Production Engineering
n
Background in industrial, chemical or high-volume manufacturing
n
Strong Lean, CI and root cause analysis experience
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
n
Hands-on approach with strong stakeholder management skills
n
