About the Role
n
Based in Lavington NSW, this is a diverse and hands‐on position that will see you involved across the full project lifecycle, from estimating and tender preparation through to contract administration and project delivery within the construction industry.
n
The role offers flexibility, ongoing support, and the opportunity to play a key role in the company's continued success.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Preparing accurate and timely cost estimates and tenders
n
Managing contracts, variations, progress claims, and documentation
n
Supporting or overseeing projects from award through to completion
n
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
n
Monitoring budgets, timelines, and project performance
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Proven experience as an Estimator within the construction or building industry
n
Experience in Contracts Administration and/or Project Management
n




Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
n
Excellent mathematical and spatial skills
n
Strong organisational and communication skills
n
n
