Our client is a growing financial planning firm looking for an experienced Associate Adviser to join their continuously growing team. In this new role, you will be a key player in the delivery of high-quality advice to existing and current clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in providing accurate and timely advice to existing and new clients.
n
Proactively develop new client relationships and understanding of Client's needs.
n
Apply knowledge to help meet client's financial goals and assist with plans to meet their financial goals
n
Assist in presenting financial plans to client
n
Respond to client enquiries in a timely manner
n
Assist in preparation of research and required documentation for client meetings
n
Respond to and manage client communications
n




Supervise the advice processinternally to ensure it isdelivered to a timely manner
n
Providesguidanceandmentorshiptotheclientexperienceteam
n
With support from the admin team, complete SoAs & RoAsfor clients and ensure thefinal document is of a high-quality standard.

Skills & Experience
n
n
Previous experience in an associate adviser role
n
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
n
Excellent knowledge of the financial planning industry
n
Experience with financial planning software
n
Broad knowledge of financial planning concepts, legislation and regulations
