About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Representatives to join our Glen Iris team. This is a full time position where you will be the voice of our clients, handling inbound customer calls with professionalism and expertise. As a Call Centre Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. What You'll Be Doing

Answer inbound customer calls (no sales)
n
Help with customer's banking related queries including fraud, dispute, credit card and business banking
n
Use multiple systems to find solutions
n
Provide accurate and professional support
n
