Acenda Group's Advanced Case Management team seeks an experienced Principal Case Consultant to provide expert oversight of complex, high-risk claims, especially where exaggeration or moral hazard is involved. You will lead a small team, collaborate with Legal and Investigations, and shape investigation strategies, evidence standards and decision quality across the claims function.
