About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Storeperson to join a busy distribution centre team based in Coffs Harbour. This is a full-time permanent opportunity working a Wednesday to Sunday roster, offering stability, variety, and the chance to play an important role within a thriving fresh produce operation.

In this hands-on position, you will support daily warehouse and distribution activities, including quality control inspections, stock movement, inventory management, freight handling, and dispatch operations. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace and takes pride in maintaining high product and safety standards.

Duties
n
n
Perform quality control checks in line with internal product standards.
n
Assist with the receiving, allocation, labelling, and dispatch of stock.
n
Complete pre-pack and post-pack activities to ensure product quality is maintained.
n
Safely load and unload freight.
n
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
n
Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
n
Adhere to all workplace health, safety, and operational procedures.
n
Support the wider team to ensure daily distribution targets are achieved.
n

Skills and Experience
n
n
Previous experience within a warehouse, distribution centre, logistics, or supply chain environment.
n
Current and valid Forklift Licence - essential
n
Experience using inventory management or warehouse management systems.
n
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
n
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
n
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
n
Safety-focused approach with a proactive work ethic.
n
Availability to work weekends as part of a Wednesday to Sunday roster.
