About the Role
n
We are seeking a professional, reliable and client‐focused Customer Service & Security Officer to join our Sydney team. This is a hands‐on role where you will help maintain the security and operational integrity of the branch while delivering a premium experience for clients.
n
You will be responsible for secure entry processes, surveillance and access control, client support and day‐to‐day operational assistance.
n
What You'll Do
n
n
Monitor CCTV, alarms and access control systems to support continuous security coverage.
n




Manage secure access processes and ensure only authorised clients and personnel enter restricted areas.
n
Assist and escort clients while they access the secure facility.
n
Respond to alarms, irregular activity and security events in line with established procedures.
n
Maintain accurate incident reports, logs and shift documentation.
n
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients.
n
Build positive client relationships through professional, discreet and attentive service.
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Current New South Wales security licence.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
n
Professional presentation, sound judgement and a high level of discretion.
n
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
n
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
