The Opportunity:

We're seeking expressions of interest from experienced Blue-Collar
Recruitersinterested
in joining a well-established mining and resources business based in Brisbane CBD.
n
This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment, supporting high-volume workforce requirements across site-based and operational roles.
n
Previous recruitment experience across construction, civil, mining or resources will be highly regarded.
n
About the Role:
n
n
Managing end-to-end recruitment across high-volume blue collar roles
n
Proactively sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines
n
Screening, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
n
Partnering with hiring managers, operational leaders and site teams
n
Coordinating onboarding, pre-employment requirements and mobilisation
n




Managing multiple vacancies and competing recruitment priorities
n
Maintaining accurate recruitment records and candidate information
n
Supporting workforce requirements across ongoing projects and shutdowns
n
n
About You:
n
n
Previous experience recruiting blue collar or operational workforces
n
Experience within construction, civil, mining or resources highly regarded
n
Confidence managing high-volume or rapid-moving recruitment requirements
n
Strong candidate sourcing and pipeline-building capability
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
Experience working with recruitment systems, databases or ATS platforms
n
Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once
n
A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach
n
n
Experience with site-based recruitment, shutdowns, mobilisation or compliance requirementshighly regarded.
