RSPCA Queensland is seeking an experienced Op Shop Store Supervisor for our Ascot Op Shop on a part time basis. You will act as the store manager's right-hand, helping run the shop floor, lead volunteers, and ensure high merchandising standards to generate essential funds for animals in need.

You'll drive sales, coach volunteers, manage rosters, handle POS transactions, and maintain stock presentation while delivering outstanding customer service in a busy retail environment.
