Carpet Court Macgregor is seeking an experienced and motivated Flooring Sales Representative to join our growing team.
n
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales qualified who enjoys helping customers transform their homes & Businesses while working with one of Australia's most recognised flooring brands.
n
We are looking for someone who is confident in building customer relationships, generating sales, and guiding clients through the flooring selection process from initial enquiry through to installation.
n
About the Role
n
n
Assisting customers in our showroom
n
Conducting in-home measures and consultations
n
Preparing accurate quotes and proposals
n
Following up enquiries and converting leads into sales
n
Recommending flooring solutions based on customer needs and budget
n
Coordinating with installers and administration staff
n
Maintaining strong product knowledge across carpet, vinyl, hybrid flooring, timber and window furnishings
n
Building relationships with builders, real estate agents, property managers and local businesses
n
Achieving and exceeding sales targets
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Proven Flooring sales experience
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
n
Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude
n
Current driver's licence
n
Robust computer skills
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
Flooring industry experience
n
Experience measuring and quoting flooring projects
n
Knowledge of carpet, vinyl, hybrid and timber flooring products
n
Experience using RFMS or similar quoting software
n
n
