The Northern Territory Department of Corrections is seeking a Director to design and lead a newly created Safety and Emergency Management function in Darwin. You will establish enterprise‐wide WHS and emergency management capability, guiding risk, safety culture and resilience across the department.

You will build a high‐performing team, advise senior executives on complex safety issues, and partner with emergency services to shape prevention, response and recovery across a diverse workforce.
