We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Fundraising Managers to join some of Australia's most respected charities, healthcare organisations and purpose-led not-for-profits.

Salaries range from $100,000 - $140,000 + super depending on experience and level of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Developing and delivering fundraising strategies and campaigns.
n
Managing and growing donor portfolios and supporter relationships.
n
Driving fundraising income, acquisition, retention and engagement.
n
Developing compelling appeals, campaigns and donor communications.
n
Building strong relationships with major donors, partners and key stakeholders.
n
Managing fundraising budgets, reporting and performance against targets.
n
Working collaboratively across fundraising, marketing, communications and programs teams.
n
Identifying new opportunities to grow income and strengthen supporter engagement.
n
Leading and mentoring fundraising teams where required.
n

Locations
n
Roles are available Sydney-wide including Sydney CBD, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Sydney, Lower North Shore and hybrid working environments.

Who you are?
n
n
Proven experience within fundraising, philanthropy, donor engagement or a related NFP environment.
n
Strong understanding of fundraising principles and donor stewardship.
n
Commercially minded with a track record of achieving fundraising or income targets.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Strategic thinker with strong project and relationship management skills.
n
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
n
Passionate about purpose-driven organisations and creating meaningful social impact.
n
