Grand Motors Automall is looking for an experienced and highly organised Vehicle Stock Controller to join our busy multi-brand dealership team.
n
This is a key operational role responsible for keeping vehicle stock moving smoothly from factory order through to customer delivery, working across multiple brands, systems and departments.
n
About the Role
n
You'll work closely with Sales Managers, OEM representatives, transport providers, finance and administration teams to ensure vehicles are accurately ordered, tracked, costed, funded and delivered.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Managing vehicle orders and stock across multiple OEM systems
n
Tracking factory orders, allocations, production and vehicle arrivals
n
Coordinating vehicle transport, transfers and dealer trades
n
Maintaining accurate stock records and reconciliations
n
Managing floorplan, bailment and vehicle funding processes
n
Checking vehicle invoices, credits, rebates and support payments
n
Preparing stock, ageing and floorplan reports
n
Coordinating with OEMs, suppliers and internal departments
n
Identifying discrepancies and ensuring issues are resolved promptly
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, accurate and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced dealership environment.
n
Ideally, you will have:
n
n
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
n
Confident communication and problem-solving abilities
n
Strong Excel and numerical skills
n
Experience with DMS and OEM systems
n
Knowledge of floorplan, bailment or vehicle costing is highly regarded
n
