Experienced Shopfitters and Site Managers

Element Shopfitting & Construction is looking for experienced Shopfitters and Site Managers to join our team, either as full time staff or on a subcontract basis, working across high-end retail, hospitality, and commercial fit-out projects. Multiple positions available.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Carry out or oversee shopfitting works to a high standard of finish
n
Manage on-site trades and subcontractors (Site Manager role)
n
Read and work from architectural/construction drawings
n
Ensure work meets program, budget, and compliance requirements
n
Maintain a safe worksite and enforce OH&S; standards
n
Liaise with project managers and clients on progress
n
n
About you
n
n




Previous experience in commercial fit-outs, retail, or hospitality projects
n
Current White Card
n
Site Managers: proven experience supervising trades and subcontractors
n
Subcontractors: current ABN, insurances, and licensing as required
n
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of finish
n
Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
n
