The role
n
Working closely with our VM and AVM, you'll play an key role in keeping the venue running smoothly and helping lead the team through busy services.
n




Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Supervising and supporting the FOH team during service
n
Taking an active leadership role during busy shifts
n
Helping coordinate the floor and ensuring service runs smoothly
n
Helping maintain high standards of service, presentation and hospitality
n
Supporting team training and development
n
Communicating clearly with the team and management
n
Taking responsibility for the smooth operation of shifts when required
n
n
What we're looking for
n
You'll need to be someone who is confident taking charge of a busy service and comfortable being the person the team looks to when things get hectic.
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Has previous hospitality supervisory experience
n
Can confidently supervise a team during busy, high-pressure services
n
Is calm, organised and solutions-focused when things don't go to plan
n
Can give clear direction while maintaining a positive and supportive team environment
n
Has strong communication skills and leads by example
n
Is proactive and willing to get stuck in wherever needed
n
Has excellent attention to detail and high standards
n
Can take ownership of a shift and make good decisions on the floor
n
Has a genuine passion for hospitality and creating a great guest experience
n
Has an interest in Italian food, wine and hospitality
n
n
Most importantly, we're looking for someone whoenjoys leading a team and wants to play an active part in making great services happen.
n
