The Botanical Room is looking for an experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our private luxury hair atelier in Byron Bay.

Earn 40% of your service revenue + 30% commission on retail sales.

No chair rent. No major investment in products. We provide the beautiful space, premium products and salon essentials — you focus on your clients, your craft and building a successful column.

About You
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Has 5+ years' hairdressing experience
n




Is confident in colour, blonding and cutting
n
Creates beautiful, healthy and considered hair
n
Values quality over quantity
n
Loves building long‐term client relationships
n
Is professional, reliable and self‐motivated
n
Wants flexibility and independence
n
Is motivated to build a strong clientele and increase their earning potential
n
n
Experience with botanical or low-tox colour is welcome but not essential — full product education will be provided.

Your Earning Potential
n
Your income grows with your column.
n
At 40% service commission:
n
$3,000 services/week → $1,200
n $4,000 services/week → $1,600
n $5,000 services/week → $2,000
n
Plus 30% commission on retail sales.
n
There is no weekly chair rental fee and your professional colour, backbar and styling products are provided.
