About the Role
n
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll support injured workers throughout their recovery journey, helping them achieve safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
n
n
Conduct workplace assessments to identify barriers and develop tailored return-to-work plans
n
Build robust relationships with clients, employers, insurers and medical professionals to drive positive outcomes
n
Deliver workplace interventions and suitable duties programs that support recovery and successful return-to-work outcomes
n
Monitor client progress, provide recommendations and prepare high-quality reports to support sustainable recovery outcomes
n

The requirements:
n
n
Tertiary Qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Masters in Psychology
n
Registered with ASORC, AASW or AHPRA
n
Full Australian working rights + Australian Driver's Licence
n
