At WSP, we're growing our Geotechnics & Tunnels team and are seeking a Senior
n Geotechnical Engineer / Engineering Geologist with solid Leapfrog capability to
n help deliver complex infrastructure projects while expanding our national
n digital ground modelling capability.
n

The Opportunity
n
You'll lead and deliver geotechnical investigations and design projects from
n proposal development and field investigations through to analysis, reporting and
n construction support. You'll also play a key role in strengthening WSP's
n national capability in Leapfrog, helping teams unlock greater value from
n geological and geotechnical data through advanced digital modelling workflows.
n
Working alongside respected technical leaders and a growing national Leapfrog
n user community, you'll have the opportunity to influence best practice, mentor
n others and contribute to the evolution of digital ground engineering across the
n business.
n
What You'll Do
n
Lead complex geotechnical and engineering geology projects from investigation through to construction support.
n
Develop and interpret 3D geological and geotechnical models using Leapfrog.
n
Deliver high-quality technical reports,



assessments and design recommendations
n
Manage project scope, schedule, budgets and client relationships.
n
Apply advanced analytical and modelling techniques to solve challenging ground engineering problems.
n
Mentor engineers and geologists and support the growth of technical capability within the team.
n
Contribute to innovation and the continued growth of WSP's national Leapfrog capability.
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who is equally passionate about technical excellence
n and digital innovation. You'll bring:
n
A degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology or a related discipline.
n
Around 8+ years' experience delivering geotechnical engineering or engineering geology projects.
n
Strong proficiency in Leapfrog and confidence developing geological or geotechnical ground models.
n
Experience across investigations, interpretation, analysis and design
n
Strong client-facing and project management skills.
n
A collaborative approach to mentoring and knowledge-sharing.
n
A desire to help build and grow capability beyond your own projects
n
