About the Role

This is a rare chance for a Principal or Senior Recruitment Consultant who thrives on sales, competition, and growth to join our Business Support team in Sydney CBD.
n
You'll manage a fast-paced portfolio recruiting across diverse sectors including construction, property, engineering, and retail. You will step into a hot, active desk with established client relationships, strong brand presence, and massive earning potential. Backed by a supportive, hands-on State Manager and surrounded by an ambitious, high-performing recruitment team, you'll have the autonomy, flexibility, and support to deliver results fast.

Your Responsibilities

Driving Business Development: Actively hunt for new clients through target-led cold calling, sales activity, and reverse marketing.
n
Managing Client Portfolios: Maintain and grow a warm client portfolio while conducting face-to-face client visits to build trust and expand accounts.
n
Candidate Management: Source, interview, and place high-quality business support talent.
n
End-to-End Recruitment: Partner with clients and candidates to deliver seamless recruitment solutions from pitch to placement.
n
Self-Management & Compliance: Manage your own administrative duties, pipeline data, and database tracking to ensure 100% compliance.
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Recruitment Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of recruitment agency experience, with a proven track record of building a quick-paced temporary or permanent desk.
n
Resilient Sales Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with the confidence to handle demanding, fast-reacting corporate and industrial clients.
n
Team Player: A self-motivated, collaborative professional who takes pride in their work and values a supportive team culture over office politics.
n
Logistics: Holds a valid driver's licence.
n
Working Rights & Visa Sponsorship: Open to sponsoring eligible candidates from overseas who meet all vetting requirements.
