Kitchen Hand / Cook position at Gami Korean Chicken, Moonee Ponds. This role suits someone who thrives in fast paced environments, enjoys hands on kitchen work, and wants to grow with a national brand.

Key responsibilities
n
Assist cooks and kitchen staff with food preparation
n
Assemble and prepare ingredients for cooking
n
Operate basic kitchen equipment and fryers (training provided)
n
Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene
n
Perform general cleaning duties including benches, equipment, and dishes
n
Restock stations and ensure ingredients are organised and labelled
n
Work collaboratively with BOH team members
n
Communicate clearly and professionally
n
Follow food safety, allergen, and hygiene procedures
n

Availability Monday to Friday during daytime hours (essential)
n
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced workplace
n
Strong attention to detail
n
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
