About the Role

We're recruiting across a busy desk:

With active clients, steady job flow, and engaged doctors. You'll place doctors into roles nationwide.

What You'll Do

Build relationships: Engage and support a national network of doctors
n
Grow the desk: Leverage existing clients and open new doors
n
Recruit end-to-end: Own the process from sourcing to placement
n
Advise & influence: Be the go-to for clients and candidates
n
Drive results: Hit targets in a supportive, performance-driven team

About You

You'll bring:

Recruitment experience in healthcare/medical

A track record of consistent billing and target achievement
