Health Safety and Wellbeing Program and Communication Lead

As our HSW Program and Communications Lead, you'll own the end-to-end design and delivery of communication and engagement across our Health, Safety and Wellbeing programs—shaping how our people experience initiatives at scale.
n
From flagship moments like Safety Week and Wellbeing Week through to year-round campaigns, you'll drive awareness, engagement and meaningful behaviour change across thegroup.

What you'll do
n
n
Lead integrated HSW communications and engagement plans aligned to business priorities
n
Deliver enterprise campaigns that drive awareness and behaviour change
n
Create high-quality, multi-channel communications (intranet, email, video, leadership messaging)
n
Translate complex safety and risk concepts into clear, engaging content
n
Partner with stakeholders to shape messaging and campaign strategy
n




Support key HSW initiatives and rollouts across the business
n
Provide communications support for sensitive or time-critical scenarios (e.g. crisis)
n
Measure campaign effectiveness and continuously improve impact
n

What you'll bring

Background in communications, marketing or campaigns
n
Strong writing and storytelling capability
n
Experience delivering campaigns or events end-to-end
n
Ability to influence stakeholders and simplify complex topics
n
Interest in people, wellbeing or culture-focused work
