Australian Lamb Colac / Minerva Foods is located in Southwest Victoria, at 1 Tristania Drive, Colac, Victoria ****.
We are looking for 30 Meat Process workers.
General duties of the Meat Process worker include:
Trimming, cutting, slicing.
Separating and sorting organs and meat.
Operation of equipment and machinery.
Clean and sterilize work areas,
Moving carcasses
General labouring throughout chillers, boning room, and slaughter floor.
Ability and willingness to learn - experience welcome but not required
Applicants must be:
Fit, healthy, and able to work in a physically challenging role.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and repetitive environment
Able to follow and comply with instructions.




MUST BE willing to relocate to the Colac region or live within a reasonable commute
Pay and conditions for these roles fall under the Australian Lamb Colac, Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement ****.
The Meat Process Worker (EA Level 1-5 positions.
Full time and casual positions are available.
Earning an hourly rate of $***** - $***** dependent on skill, plus allowances.
Commencement Date: Any date between 1 July **** and 31 August **** (as agreed).
Duration of Employment: Ongoing, subject to the terms and conditions of employment.
