Ibis and Pullman Brisbane Airport is seeking a passionate and hands‐on F&B; Duty Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, room service and conferencing outlets. Reporting to the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will lead service delivery and coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold brand standards. About

The Role Lead daily Food & Beverage operations across multiple outlets. Coach, train and mentor team members during service.
n
Conduct pre‐shift briefings focused on service, product knowledge, safety and team performance. Support onboarding, training programs and ongoing staff development. Ensure exceptional guest service and effective resolution of guest feedback.
n
Drive upselling and revenue opportunities through team coaching. Maintain compliance with RSA, food safety, WH&S; and hotel policies. Monitor service standards, outlet presentation and operational efficiency.

Train staff on POS systems, procedures and service standards. About You
n
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality. Strong leadership and people development skills. Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
n
Excellent communication and team‐building abilities. Sound knowledge of restaurant, bar and conference operations. Current RSA certification.
n
Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
