Royal Nut Company is looking for a Retail Star to join our Malvern store in a permanent casual role. We are seeking a friendly and reliable team player who can multitask and bring a positive, can-do attitude to every shift. Key responsibilities

Delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales
n
Managing daily stock levels and restocking shelves
n
Answering telephone and email enquiries
n
Educating customers and providing helpful product advice
n
Supporting the day-to-day operation of the retail store
n
Opening and closing the store and balancing tills
n
Working toward sales targets and maintaining store efficiency
n
Assisting with retail and wholesale customer enquiries
n
Creating and maintaining attractive promotional displays
n
Keeping the store clean, organised and well presented
n

About you
n
n
Previous experience in food retail, hospitality or customer service is preferred
n
Robust sales, communication and interpersonal skills
n
A genuine passion for food and an understanding of current market trends
n




Excellent time-management and organisational skills
n
The ability to work well in a busy team environment
n
Strong attention to detail, honesty and reliability
n
A professional attitude and strong work ethic
n
Confidence adapting to new technology and learning our ERP system
n
Flexibility to occasionally work at or travel to other Royal Nut Company sites when required
