ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Passion for the construction industry
n
Co-ordination of drawings and documents
n
Liaising with consultants, architects, and engineers
n
Ensuring adherence to OH&S; and QA standards
n
Strong organizational skills and ability to priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
n
Strong leadership skills
n
Exceptional attention to detail
n




Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
n
Uses initiative to achieve goals or results
n
Consistently maintains a positive approach towards their work and environment
n
Excellent communication skills - spoken and written
n
Proven analytical ability
n
Tertiary qualified in a relevant field
n
Intermediate to advanced level experience with MS Excel or similar database preferred
n
High levels of confidence
n
A Permanent Australian resident
n
The ability to build and maintain relationships
