Senior Architect – Sydney – Residential & Mixed-use

ABOUT THE ROLE
n
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join a growing Residential & Mixed-use team in Sydney.
n
This is a hands‐on position suited to an architect with 6-8 years' experience, strong residential experience and the ability to take projects through multiple stages from early design through to completion.
n
You will play an important role in design development, consultant coordination and client engagement, with the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and direction of the team.
n
DUTIES
n
n
Lead and contribute to residential and mixed‐use projects across multiple stages.
n
Develop design concepts and drive design resolution through to documentation.
n
Coordinate consultants and manage key project deliverables.
n
Engage confidently with clients and project stakeholders.
n
Produce and review high-quality construction documentation.
n
Support project teams and contribute to the development of junior staff.
n
Help ensure projects are delivered to a high design and technical standard.
n
n
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
n
n
Architecture degree and relevant professional qualification.
n
6+ years' architectural experience, ideally within the residential/multi‐residential sector.
n
Strong design and technical capabilities.
n
Proven experience producing construction documentation.
n
Practical Revit experience.
n
Strong understanding of project delivery and design resolution.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
Robust organisational and time‐management abilities.
n
Confident working with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders.
n
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
n
