We're looking for a Paid Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years experience. The ideal candidate should be ready to step into an exciting hybrid role within a fast-moving digital team, supporting our team on performance goals across paid and affiliate marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
n
Reporting into the Digital Marketing & Affiliates Manager, the ideal Performance Coordinator will be responsible for leading day to day affiliate marketing activity and assisting our paid media specialists on paid social platform builds.
n
Day to Day
n
n
Work with our affiliate marketing partners to brief student marketing campaigns, report on affiliate advertising and optimise affiliate placements
n
Work closely with internal creative teams to brief affiliate asset requirements, ensure correct specs and placements.
n
Manage and dispatch partnership codes across our affiliate partner networks
n
Reconcile transaction inquiries across our affiliate network
n
Build and traffic paid social advertisements across:n

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
n
TikTok
n
Snapchat
n
Pinterest
n
n
Ensure day to day campaign implementation is correct - maintaining accurate media tracking and measurement
n

Requirements
n
n
Experience working with external publisher teams and platform teams is essential
n
Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing and/or media services (publisher, in-house or agency)
n
Ideally has minimum 1 year experience across a self serve platform e.g. META Ads Manager
n
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced ecommerce environment
n
Strong organisational skills and a collaborative mindset
n
