An established, multi-award-winning boutique agency is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join its high-performing Inner West team.
n
This hands-on role will see you manage deadlines, keep campaigns moving and provide reliable administrative and marketing support to the sales team.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Coordinate property marketing campaigns from briefing through to delivery
n
Upload and launch listings across websites and property portals
n
Prepare signboards, brochures, direct mail and campaign advertising
n
Monitor marketing deadlines and follow up outstanding approvals
n
Keep agents informed of deadlines and required actions
n
Upload sales contracts through Real Time Agent
n
Manage listing administration throughout the sales process
n
Process marketing invoices and assist with campaign reconciliation
n
Maintain accurate and complete sales database records
n
Prepare listing presentations, templates and sales collateral
n
Coordinate settlements, client gifts and post-sale activities
n
Assist with social media and wider team marketing initiatives
n
Improve administrative systems, templates and processes
n

About You
n
n




Previous real estate administration or property marketing experience
n
Current NSW Certificate of Registration
n
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
Confident managing multiple campaigns and deadlines
n
Professional and assertive communication style
n
Proactive, accountable and solutions-focused
n
Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
n
Strong computer literacy and accurate data-entry skills
n
CampaignTrack or similar property marketing software experience preferred
n
