Job Description
Smarter Air is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service & Installation Technician to join our team in Loganholme, Queensland. As a residential specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services for a range of air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This is a full-time role with competitive remuneration and work-life balance.

What you'll be doing
n
Performing scheduled preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems
n
Diagnosing and repairing faults in air conditioning ducted and split system equipment
n
Providing exceptional customer service and educating clients on the proper use and care of their HVAC systems
n
Maintaining accurate records of all work completed and parts used
n
Adhering to all relevant safety standards and regulations
n
Supporting the broader team with ad-hoc tasks as required
n
What we're looking for
n
Formal qualifications in HVAC installation, maintenance and repair (e.g. Certificate III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration)
n
Applicants holding dual trades (e.g., Sparky/Fridgy) are highly advantageous and strongly encouraged to apply
n
Minimum 3 years' experience as a residential HVAC technician
n
Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
n




Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
n
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
n
Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
n
