We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Cook to join our team on a casual basis. Working within a premium kitchen workplace, you will have the opportunity to develop and expand your skills across all areas of our busy operation. The role involves working a 7-day rotating roster, with ***** hours per week available for the right candidate.

This Position Will Involve
n
n
Organise and facilitate the highest possible standards of food presentation in your designated area.
n
Ensure self and staff display professional, friendly and helpful service to all guests and staff in line with standards and training provided.
n




Ensure concerns with product and service are communicated with the Head Chef.
n
Product presentation must always be maintained as per outlet standards. This includes presentation of staff, the food served and the overall appearance of kitchen.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
n
n
Previous experience in a commercial cooking workplace.
n
Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel/ resort kitchen preferred.
n
Must have thorough knowledge of security, health and safety requirements in a commercial kitchen environment.
n
Qualification desirable.
