Joining a close-knit, highly collaborative Pre-Construction & Submissions team, you will drive the end-to-end visual layout, compliance, and document coordination for high-value tenders.
n
You will focus on creating high-impact, visual submissions that highlight design quality, innovation, and the capability of a growing construction business.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Visual Storytelling & Graphic Layout: End-to-end design and formatting of EOI, RFI, and RFP submissions using Adobe InDesign.
n
SME Collaboration: Working directly with Project Directors, Estimators, and Design Managers to extract win themes and technical content.
n
Content Library Management: Maintaining a modern, high-quality repository of capability statements, CVs, methodology templates, and project case studies.
n
n

Developing bid matrices, tracking deadlines, enforcing compliance, and managing submission schedules.

SME Collaboration: Working directly with Project Directors, Estimators, and Design Managers to extract win themes and technical content.
n
Content Library Management: Maintaining a modern, high-quality repository of capability statements, CVs, methodology templates, and project case studies.
n

About You
n
You are an experienced Bid Specialist who thrives when given creative autonomy and realistic submission timelines. You enjoy translating complex technical information into sleek, professional layout designs.
n
n
Proven track record coordinating tenders within mid-tier or Tier-1 construction space (new build experience preferred).
n
Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign
n
Robust eye for visual layout, typography, document hierarchy, and attention to detail under deadline.
n
A proactive team player who values work-life balance, clear communication, and continuous improvement.
