Position: Onsite Recruitment Consultant
n We are seeking highly motivated Onsite Recruitment Consultants to foster solid relationships and deliver top-tier recruitment services to our National Client. If you thrive in a dynamic setting and have a passion for recruitment, experience in the logistics sector or a warehouse background and want to gain entry into the recruitment industry, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and candidates.
n
Oversee rostering, performance management, and KPI tracking.
n
Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards.
n
Conduct toolbox talks to ensure alignment with safety and performance expectations.
n
Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
n
Recruit and select candidates to meet client-specific needs.
n
Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment and client management.
n
Management of other clients outside of this will also be required
