About the Role:

Talent Insights is partnering with a major retail company on its loyalty programme, looking to uplift data foundations and build out broader data capability across the analytics function.
n
We're looking to speak with experienced BI analysts and developers who can take outputs from data engineering and turn them into transparent, well-built dashboards and reports, with a strong focus on how metrics are visualised and understood by the business.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Build out data capability and uplift data foundations for the loyalty programme
n
Take consumer outputs from data engineering and build them into dashboards and reports
n
Build metrics and visualise them in a way that makes sense to the business
n
Engineer good data sets and manipulate data well using SQL
n
Build charts and understand what they're showing,



ensuring the best information is displayed
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Strong data visualisation skills, with a track record of turning complex data into clear, digestible charts and dashboards
n
Hands-on experience with BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Looker, Power BI or Tableau
n
Able to speak to successful past implementations
n
Experience implementing database fields within a large organisation
n
Strong SQL experience (technical test component involved)
n
Comfortable engineering data sets and manipulating data with SQL
n
Strong understanding of dashboard design and chart best practice, with an eye for what makes information easy to consume.
