Customer Support Representative (Trading Support Specialist)

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Representative to provide high-quality support to our Australian clients in the CFD trading space.
n
We are open to candidates based in either Sydney or Melbourne for this opportunity.
n
You will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with account-related queries, trading platform support, and general enquiries, while ensuring all communications are accurate, professional, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide timely and professional support to our clients via Live Chats, Emails and Phones.
n
Handling customer inquiries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and basic trading-related questions.
n
Address clients feedback as well as complaints professionally.
n
Record and update client data and other relevant information when necessary.
n
Provide account opening and onboarding guidance.
n




This is a shift-based role, with rostered working hours between 7:00am and 10:00pm AEST, totalling 38 hours per week.

Requirements
n
Must Have
n
n
1-2 years experience in Customer Support / Client Services.
n
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
n
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
n
Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
n
Strong attention to detail and compliance awareness.
n
n
Nice to Have
n
n
Experience in CFD / forex / financial services industry.
n
Familiarity with trading platforms (e.g. MT4/MT5/TradingView).
n
Experience using Zendesk or similar tools.
n
Ability to communicate in Vietnamese or Chinese is considered a strong advantage, but is not mandatory.
