You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, interviewing, placing, and onboarding construction labour and trades across multiple active projects. Success will be measured by speed, quality of placements, and your ability to consistently deliver workforce solutions.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Conduct interviews and manage onboarding

Develop recruitment strategies to maximise fill rates
