Customer Service & Venue Team Member | Casual & Part time

As part of the venue team at EPIC Sports & Inflatable World, you'll be involved across different areas of the business in a busy indoor sports and family entertainment venue.
n
Key responsibilities
n
Welcoming customers and providing great service
n
Processing sports registrations, bookings and payments
n
Preparing and serving food and drinks
n
Assisting with birthday parties and family entertainment
n
Supporting evening sports competitions
n
Helping keep the venue clean, organised and running smoothly
n
Creating a fun and positive experience for every customer
n
About you
n
Friendly, confident and enjoy working with people
n
Reliable, organised and well presented
n
Comfortable working in a busy environment
n
Available to work evenings and weekends
n
Willing to obtain an RSA and Blue Card if required
n
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, sports centres or entertainment venues would be an advantage
