Job Description
ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Senior Design Engineer to join a leading geotechnical engineering contractor based in Melbourne, VIC. This is a great opportunity to work on major piling and ground improvement projects while providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and review geotechnical and structural designs.
n
Support tenders, estimates, and project delivery.
n
Carry out design analysis and numerical modelling.
n
Provide technical support to project teams.
n
Mentor and guide junior engineers.
n
Ensure designs meet Australian Standards and client requirements.
n
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
n
n
REQUIREMENTS
n
n
Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
n
7–10+ years of geotechnical design experience.
n
Strong background in piling, foundations, or ground improvement.
n
Experience using Plaxis,



WALLAP, RAPT, ADSEC, or similar software.
n
Knowledge of Australian Standards.
n
Strong communication and leadership skills.
n
Professional Engineer status or ability to obtain registration in Australia is preferred.
